Let me be the first to welcome you to Self Defense Corner .Com. My name is Luwin Lazo and I am the owner. I have spent many years looking for the right business that would be perfect for me and my family. Not just any business would do. You see I'm in the military, Army to be exact. When I saw the horrors of September 11th, I was forever changed. For that reason I have devoted the last three years to protecting my family and my country. I have one more deployment before I complete what I sat out to do three years ago. As my military service nears it's end, I do not want to stop contributing to my country. Thus, I have started this website that I hope will one day be your source for your self defense needs. I have a goal to provide tips, guides, information, products and other resources at your fingertips. My goal is for you to help me, help you.

I enlisted in the military in June of 2004. I completed basic training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. I completed Advanced Individual training at Fort Leanord Wood, Missouri. I am currently stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. I have been deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom II and will deploy once more in the near future. |

541st Transportation Company
To the left if our Company Logo. We are known as the "Mighty Fuel Hawgs". I helped design and paint the logo. To the right is our Transportation insignia and at the bottom is my platoon.
